Definitely turning off the popup blocker fixes the issue. I guess that may have to be the solution for the client. If they have popup blocker turned on, then they will have to allow popups for our site. Odd that it doesn't catch the first one, but then again I've seen other sites that seem to be able to sneak a popup through. I always assumed they had some kind of advanced trick to doing that. I guess not. :)
